- No-Show: No refund if you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation

3.2 Trial or Introductory Sessions
For discounted trial or introductory sessions:
- Refunds are available only if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session

4. Package and Program Refunds
4.1 Starter Package (3 Sessions)
- Before First Session: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee if cancelled before the first session
- After First Session: Prorated refund based on unused sessions, minus 15% administrative fee and the value of completed sessions
- After Two Sessions: Refund for remaining session minus 20% administrative fee
- After All Sessions Used: No refund available
4.2 Professional Package (8 Sessions)
- Within 7 Days of Purchase: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee if no sessions have been used
- After First Session: Prorated refund for unused sessions minus 15% administrative fee
- After 50% Completion: Prorated refund for unused sessions minus 25% administrative fee
- After 75% Completion: No refund available
4.3 Executive Package (12 Sessions)
- Within 14 Days of Purchase: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee if no sessions have been used
- Before Third Session: Prorated refund minus 15% administrative fee and value of completed sessions
- After 50% Completion: Prorated refund minus 30% administrative fee
- After 75% Completion: No refund available
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We recognize that unexpected medical emergencies or serious life events may prevent completion of services. In such cases:
- Documentation (medical certificate, official notice, etc.) must be provided
- Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- We may offer extended access to unused sessions rather than refunds
- Partial refunds may be approved at our discretion
- Administrative fees may be waived in genuine hardship situations
